Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PadelEasy mobile app ("PadelEasy", the "app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PadelEasy on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple standard EULA, the more protective terms for the user apply.

The service

PadelEasy lets you create, run, and score padel tournaments and share live scoreboards. Free use includes core tournament features with certain limits. Premium unlocks additional features such as unlimited courts, unlimited players, and additional tournament formats (including Mexicano, Mixicano, and Teams), plus future formats.

Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

• Plans. PadelEasy Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on weekly, monthly, and yearly terms. The title, duration, and current price of each plan are shown in the app at the point of purchase, in your local currency.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; entering content you do not have the right to use; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or using the app to store or share unlawful content. You are responsible for the content (such as player names and tournament data) you enter and for any links you choose to share.

User content and public scoreboards

You retain your content. By sharing a tournament's live link or QR code, you make that tournament's scores and names viewable by anyone with the link. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own record of important results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelEasy and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply.
