Privacy Policy

PadelEasy ("PadelEasy", "we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile app for organizing and scoring padel tournaments. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using PadelEasy you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Anonymous account identifier. When you first open the app, we create an anonymous account for your device through our authentication provider (Supabase). This is a random identifier — we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number, and there is no sign-up.
• Tournament content you create. Tournament names, player and team names, court names, match results, and scores you enter are stored so your tournaments sync across sessions and can be shared as live scoreboards. Player names are text you choose to enter; please avoid entering sensitive personal information.
• Photos you choose. If you create a shareable "story" image, the app accesses the photo or camera capture you select. Photos are used on your device to generate that image and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly share them.
• Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive your subscription status and a purchase token — we never receive or store your full payment card details.
• Basic technical data. Standard information needed to operate the app, such as app version and crash/connectivity state, may be processed to keep the service working. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

How we use information

• To create, save, sync, and display your tournaments and live scoreboards.
• To provide shareable spectator links and QR codes for the public live-score screen.
• To unlock and maintain Premium features for active subscribers.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app.

Sharing and public scoreboards

When you share a tournament's live link or QR code, the tournament's scores and the player/team names in it become viewable by anyone with that link, on the public live-score web page. Only share links with people you intend to give access.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the app: Supabase (database and anonymous authentication), RevenueCat and Apple (subscription processing), and Expo (app delivery and updates). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Data retention

Tournament data is kept while your anonymous account exists so your history remains available. You can delete individual tournaments in the app at any time. To request deletion of all data associated with your account, contact us at the email below.

Your choices

• Delete tournaments individually from within the app.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Control camera and photo access in your device Settings.
• Request deletion of your data by emailing us.

Children's privacy

PadelEasy is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
